Pet Portraits
After receiving a lot of attention and inquiries I am offering these cute and funny pet drawings from your photos!
Single Pets:
- Approximately 5x7
- $25.00 for ONE pet
- Drawing is on 100lb. Bristol paper
- Shipping in the USA is FREE
- Please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery
Follow the steps outlined below :
STEP 1
Email me at: jbirdistheword@yahoo.com with attached pictures of your pet or pets so that I may review them to make sure they are good enough quality to use in the artwork. Scroll down further on this page to see samples of what I can and cannot use.
****All custom work MUST be prepaid and is NOT delivered until final payment is made. No exceptions.****
STEP 2
If you are ordering a custom drawing with multiple pets in THE SAME piece of art please add an additional $25.00 for each additional pet.
Art size will be determined depending on number of subjects.
For example, these 2 pets would cost $50 and would be drawn together on one piece of paper.

SAMPLES OF GOOD PICTURES
You don't have to have professional pictures of your pet for me to use as reference. However nicely lit and composed pictures are required to capture the personality of your animal.
- good detail of face and features
- good color detail
- entire face is visible
- good exposure
- no pixelation
PICTURE TYPES THAT WILL NOT WORK
Too blurry and far away.
Artist cannot "open" eyes!
Too dark and not enough detail.
Uneven light and ears are cut off in the image.
Objects are in front of the subject and obstructs the details.
Very poor angle. Try not to be too close!
